A big thank you to the receptionist who helped when my son arrived early I had booked 3 nights at the comfort inn My son was meeting me there as he was already in the US I was travelling from the UK My son read his messages wrong and arrived 12 hours early and the booking was in my name The lovely receptionist just asked a few security checks and sorted it all out so my son could access the room while I was still travelling And emailed me to say they will take care of my son till I get there Thank you The hotel was clean and nothing was too much trouble definitely worth what we paid to stay and will definitely stay there again The only downside was the breakfast wasn't great but there are places to buy breakfast near by so it's not a problem Thanks once again for a lovely stay

The area was perfect for where we needed and wanted to go. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, the breakfast bar attendant was very nice and hard working keeping everything stocked. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was clean and homey.

The hotel shuttle picked us up promptly from the airport and the check in process went smoothly. The room was spacious, clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than we expected but was let down by the use of single-use disposal cutlery, cups and plates. This gives the hotel an unnessarily downbeat image and is unsutainable enviromentally.

I was unexpectedly trapped in Buffalo for 3 days during an unprecedented snow storm. The staff were fantastic, kind & helpful & understanding of guest frustration as flights & trains were cancelled multiple times. A tiny gym but with good equipment so able to get some exercise. Fridge & microwave & coffee maker in the room which was wonderfully unexpected. Good breakfast included. Directly opposite Buffalo International airport with a free shuttle bus service available non-stop & because there were no flights for several days, Steve the shuttle driver took me to a grocery store & waited for me to buy food & wine. Airshuttle service was so convenient, and the drivers were very friendly. All of the staff were very nice. Large breakfast area. They had a pool and gym, which would have been great if we were there longer.

The breakfast was decent. Wish they had more options. It gets packed, which is understandable. But so far the breakfast was good! There's coffee at anytime which is the best part and an awesome water of lemonade. Good customer service too!! I definitely recommend coming here.

The front desk staff were so wonderful even past midnight. They allowed a taxi to pick us up because the shuttle was gone on a pickup. The location was great being so close to the airport.It was a true continental breakfast with bacon,sausage,eggs,waffles,and the works! There was also a nice looking indoor pool.

I needed shuttle service to and from the airport, so that is why I selected this hotel. The amenities were basic and the breakfast was mediocre

The junior king suite was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and approachable even while under stress (the power was out during check in).
